Please sign up for all of the sports you are interested in for the 2020-21 school year at the link below and then read the information about speed and strength 

Message to all families and athletes:

We all have a great opportunity to work together this fall virtually in a variety of opportunities with our fall athletics virtual programming through Google Classroom.  We will use the same link as we have for summer training to access Speed and Strength, yoga, mindfulness, rehab and prehab, and leadership opportunities.  Please sign up for the Google classroom for all the information you need for virtual fall opportunities, let's make this a habit and stay together as we move back to school.  GoogleClassroom intro and here is the Google Classroom code: bycchtv

This will be populated with:

  • Speed and Strength synchronous classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7pm and 3:30pm

  • Yoga workouts in the evening

  • Mindfulness yoga during lunch hours

  • Prehab and Rehab with our athletic trainer, Bre Braun, Thursday 3:30-4:30pm

  • Tentative planning for sport specific contact dates:

Fall sports - 9/21 - 10/11

Winter sports - 10/12-11/1

Spring sports - 11/2 -11/22

  • Leadership opportunities: Big 8 programming, Spartan Leaders, Social Justice, School culture, potential Book Study

We will kick off programming with some introductory activities the week of 8/31 and begin regular programming 9/8.  Please contact athletic director, Jeremy Schlitz, at for additional information.
